How to care for your new Modern Sofa

Regular Care (Weekly)

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction
  • Protect from direct sunlight

Cleaning

  • Remove any spills immediately.
  • Use a mild detergent to gently remove any loose soilage.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
  • Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid.
  • Avoid over wetting as this may result in a water mark.

Cleaning (Luxe)

  • Shampoo clean using upholstery shampoo.
  • Do not place covers inside washing machine.
  • Do not use dishwashing or laundry detergents.
  • Do not wet filling.
  • Do not scrub with a stiff brush.
  • Dry in shade away from direct heat. Allow to dry thoroughly before reuse.

Caution: Pretest the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa. If change in colour, or transfer do not continue.

Pilling

  • Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should
    not be considered a fault.
  • Fibre pills can be removed with a battery operated pilling tool, available
    from most haberdashery stores.

      The sofa is amazing!

      We have been looking for a sofa that would fit our living room and at the same time, will gives us such comfort and we DID! The cushion is firm. And it’s easy to assemble. We love it!

      Lovely lounge

      This couch is heaven! at first I was concerned we were not able to see them or test them in store but once they arrived, I instantly was impressed. I knew there was 120 days to test their comfort but i was concerned because we threw away 2 sets of lounges to order these. They arrived within 2 weeks, on the date of my choice, which i lined up with councils hard rubbish pick up. The moment we sat down on the koala lounge, we all felt like we were sitting on a cloud of pure comfort. The quality of the materials is impressive. We ordered 2, 4.5 seater modern sofas with Ottomans for 2 lounge areas. Both were in the woodlands grey colour and the fabric looks and feels stunning. The fabric is incredibly soft against the skin and sorrento make you feel overheated in summer. The design is modern but plain enough to suit our older style home and both couches perfectly fit our spaces.

      We've had them for a month now and so far they are holding their shape. They seem like durable couches.

    How do I recycle the packaging?

    When you get rid of packaging thoughtfully not only is it better for the environment, it can be reused to create new products.


    Paper and Cardboard (including Honeycomb Cardboard) -Flatten your cardboard boxes or rip them up before placing them in your recycling bin in order to save space. You don’t need to worry about removing any tape or labels from your cardboard boxes. They will be removed in the recycling process.

    The fabric on my sofa looks like it is loose. Can it be fixed?

    If you are finding the cover looks a little loose it can be repositioned as it is held with velcro underneath the sofa.

    Can you remove the entire sofa cover or just the cushion covers?

    Covers should not be removed for cleaning. Please follow the care instructions in the upkeep of the sofa and you will be able to maintain the new condition of your fabric sofa for many years to come. If you have any questions about the upkeep of your piece, don’t hesitate to get in touch and our team will be happy to help.
