Protect & Care

How to care for your new Bangalow Modular Sofa Module

Regular Care (Weekly)

  • Vacuum regularly using low suction
  • Protect from direct sunlight

Cleaning

  • See inside covers for additional cleaning instructions

Frame & Arms

  • Spot clean as required
  • Remove any spills immediately
  • Use a mild detergent to gently clean any stains
  • Use a clean cloth to blot out any excess liquid
  • Avoid over wetting as this may result in a water mark
  • Allow the fabric to dry in a well ventilated area away from direct sunlight

Note: Pretest the cleaning method on a hidden area of the sofa. If change in colour, or transfer do not continue.

Pilling

  • Pilling can occur occasionally as a result of normal daily wear and should not be considered a fault
  • Fiber pills can be carefully removed with a battery operated pilling tool, available from most haberdashery stores

We offer same day delivery on furniture and mattress orders in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide (for in-stock products). Delivery is FREE on mattresses and small items and our fast & flexible furniture delivery lets you choose a window that suits you.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

    Is it easy to assemble and disassemble?

    With our Koala-designed connectors you can easily slide each module into place. Assembly is user-friendly, and detailed instructions are provided. No special tools are required, making it easy for you to assemble and disassemble modules when needed.

    What is the weight capacity?

    Each module undergoes testing according to Australian standards. While we don't specify a weight limit, each seat is designed to support up to 130 kgs for each seat. It's important to note that this weight capacity is not a strict limit, and ottomans may accommodate more weight as needed.

    My covers came unassembled, is this normal?

    Yes, the covers are designed to be added separately for ease of use and washing. Each cover will need to be put on as part of the assembly.
