How to get the best charging experience
To ensure efficient charging, position your smartphone directly over the wireless charging glass tab. Try repositioning your smartphone if the wireless charger does not connect the first time.

Regular Care (Weekly)

  • Dust surface with a dry cloth or duster in the direction of the natural grain.
  • Protect from direct sunlight.
  • Do not place hot or wet objects directly on the surface of the Balmain Chest of Drawers.
  • Do not put liquids directly onto the product, use coasters.

Cleaning

  • Treat spills as soon as possible, wipe down with clean dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cloths, concentrated detergents, silicon based wood polishes.

  • Be aware that uneven or soft floor surfaces can affect furniture stability.
  • Weight Limit for each drawer is 10kgs evenly distributed and 5kg for the hidden stash drawer.

      99% perfect chest of drawers

      It is very sturdy—so much so that it's quite heavy. I love the look and feel the construction, and the quality, which is better than other brands.

      I found that when I overfill the drawer it tends to push the connecting rod used on the drawer above. I taped down the connector rod, which fixed the issue. The tool-less assembly made this troubleshooting extremely easy.

      Given the height of the 5 drawers, I never use the wireless charging feature.

      Very sturdy tallboy. Requires two people to assemble and to rotate into position. There's plenty of storage space and smooth glide of drawers! Great for anyone who wants to organise their clothes.

    Most smartphones support Qi wireless charging and are compatible with the Balmain Bedroom Storage range. If you are unsure, check your phone's user manual or head to your phone manufacturer's website for more details

    Different phones have different charging rates and using a phone case will slow down the charging process.

    What is the length of the wire for the wireless charger?

    Length of wire is 80cm

    What is the weight limit for all the drawers?

    The weight limit for each standard drawer is 10 kgs evenly distributed. The weight limit for the stash drawer in the Balmain Chest of Drawers is 5 kgs evenly distributed.

    How do I secure my chest of drawers to the wall?

    A wall strap kit is included with the Balmain Chest of Drawers. To avoid injury from tipping, secure the chest of drawers to the wall by attaching the wall mounting lanyards as per the instructions. Please seek advice from a qualified tradesperson to ensure a sturdy connection to the wall.

    Why is my wireless charger not working?

    Your phone case thickness and material may affect the charging performance, if you are experiencing issues, try removing the case before charging.

    Do not use phone cases with metal surrounding the phone and be sure that there are no metal or magnetic objects, coins or bank cards obstructing the phone and charging surface.

    Check that the wireless charger is properly plugged in and the power source is on
    Still not working? Try using another Qi-compatible phone (without a case) and test it to see if the problem lies with your phone or its case
