Easy as with Afterpay

Afterpay is a convenient payment option that allows you to purchase items now and pay for them later in four equal, interest-free instalments.

  • Australian credit or debit card
  • Over 18 years of age
  • To live in Australia
  • To be an active Afterpay member for purchases over $500, with a limit of up to $3000

How to use Afterpay

  1. Add Items to Your Cart: Browse our range of products and add your desired items to your cart.
  2. Proceed to Checkout: When you're ready, proceed to the checkout page.
  3. Select Afterpay as Your Payment Method: At the payment step, choose Afterpay.
  4. Complete Your Purchase: Follow the prompts to either log in to your existing Afterpay account or create a new one. Once approved, your order will be processed, and you'll receive a payment schedule outlining the due dates for your installments.

Important information

  • Spending Limits: Afterpay offers spending limits of up to $3,000. For first-time customers, the initial spending limit is $500. To qualify for higher limits, you need to establish a successful payment history with Afterpay.
  • Payment Schedule: For new Afterpay customers, the first payment is due at the time of purchase, followed by three additional payments at regular intervals over the next six weeks.
  • Late Fees: If a payment is missed, a late fee of $10 applies, with an additional $7 fee added seven days later if the payment remains unpaid.
  • Returns: Koala's 120-day return policy applies to purchases made through Afterpay.
