How to care for your new Stitch Up Cushion

Regular care (weekly)

Cushion Cover

  • Remove cushion insert before washing cover.
  • Turn inside out before washing cover.
  • Cold delicate machine wash in laundry bag with similar colours.
  • Do not bleach, rub or wring.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Pull gently to shape whilst damp.
  • Line dry in shade away from direct sunlight.
  • Warm iron on reverse side if required.
  • Do not dry clean.

Any contact with sharp objects may result in pulls or damage to the cover.
Not suitable for children 3 years and under.

Cushion Insert

  • Spot clean only.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Do not leave in direct sunlight to dry.

Free metro delivery on any order with a mattress. Regional deliveries are charged per item.

Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro customers can also select premium delivery that includes assembly and rubbish removal on select items at an additional cost.

      I was worried the fabric of these cushions might not feel comfortable but I couldn't be more wrong! They are soft, stylish and super puffed up. Arrives in an airtight package that puffs up quickly once opened. Do not hesitiate, these cushions are even better than the pic!

    Frequently asked questions

    My cushion arrived compressed, will it recover? How long will it take?

    To reduce space in transport (and our carbon footprint), we have machines safely compressing the cushions. Rest assured, they will bounce back to size in a few hours.

    The zipper on my cushion was bent during washing. What happened?

    High temperature washing and drying can cause the zipper to bend. Be sure to only wash the cushion in a cold machine cycle. Follow the care instructions provided.

    Can I iron on the zipper?

    Please do not place the iron directly on the zipper. This may cause scratches and deformation of the snaps and breakage or distortion of plastic snaps.This could also damage your iron.
