A nice comfortable mattress. Like sleeping on a cloud! A bit firm at the start but after a few sleeps on it you get used to it. :)

I bought a koala mattress a few years ago but didn’t bring it when I moved interstate. I repurchased and I have to say they’ve gotten even better. Bought a king and a queen second time round. Couldn’t be happier. Love that I can change the firmness and wash the cover. This company is awesome! I bought a sofa bed too, so much better than a traditional futon. If you’re on the fence just do it! Your back will thank you.

I've had the mattress for almost a month now...I was not used to having a firmer mattress, but have found it a pleasure to sleep on and have gotten used to it very quickly. It reminds me of a luxury hotel mattress! Delivery was a breeze, I live in an apartment building and the delivery person brought it up to my apartment - they also called ahead of time, which was appreciated.
