Prompt delivery, excellent customer service and high quality product. A little firmer than we are used to but the customer service was excellent in arranging a switch to the Luxe.

Amazing product was a bit skeptical because the proce is double than the cheaper ones. Better than the other mattress in a box we bought through another company. Would recommend it to anyone considering. Is firm but also soft when laying on it.

Recently bought both king and double Koala mattresses and absolutely love them! Perfect balance of comfort and support, excellent motion isolation, and they sleep cool all night. Quality feels premium and both sizes expanded perfectly after delivery. Great value for money and would definitely recommend. These have significantly improved our sleep
