Our Gift Cards Are Easy

The Koala Gift Card is perfect when you’ve run out of time, or for those fussy friends and family members. You choose a gift card, they choose what they want.

How to Gift

  • Purchasing

    Simply select a gift card amount and then add to your cart. We don’t offer discounts on our gift cards.

  • Gifting

    After your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a unique code for each gift card. To deliver your gift, simply share this code with your lucky recipient.

  • How to Redeem

    To redeem the gift card, the recipient can enter the code into the discount field on our checkout page.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  • Our gift cards cannot be purchased at a discount or as part of any promotion. Gift cards can only be purchased and redeemed at au.koala.com. Gift cards expire 3 years from the issue date.
  • Your gift card will be delivered via email after order confirmation, this email contains a unique code to pass on to your recipient.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable. Any remaining card balance can only be redeemed at au.koala.com and is non-transferrable.
  • If a product was purchased using a gift card and returned, the value deducted from the gift card will be refunded back on to the gift card.
