      The Pillow for Wonderful Sleep

      I have been having difficulty getting to sleep over the last few months, along with waking up with some neck pain. I decided to give one of those "fancy" pillows a try. It has both a soft and firm side, I've been using the soft side since purchasing it and it has been wonderful. Highly recommend.

    What is the pillow made from?

    Our pillow's core is made from 100% polyurethane gel foam. It's infused with a cooling gel and has built-in ventilation. The foam meets CertiPUR-US® program standards for content, emissions and durability, and is analysed by independent, accredited testing laboratories. The cover is made from 66% polyester and 34% TENCEL™ Lyocell Fibers.

    How can I tell which is the soft side and which is the firm side for the Koala Pillow?

    The Koala pillow has a label on the side of the cover with an "S" and a "F". The side represented by the "S" is the softer side and the side represented by the "F" is the firmer side.  

    As our Koala Pillow has a removable cover which you can cold wash, it can be a little tricky to work out which side is which when putting the cover back on. In this case, the big holes indicate the soft side and the smaller holes indicate the firm side! 

    What size pillowcase will fit my pillow?

    We suggest using a Queen size pillowcase for the Koala pillow to provide the perfect fit.

    How do I clean the cover?

    The cover is really easy to clean. You can unzip the cover to remove this from the foam core. The cover can be easily washed in your washing machine on a cold wash cycle. Once the cover is fully dry, you can then zip this back on to the foam core.
